Registration at the Holiday Inn, Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX
Blue Sharks Hospitality Room (Room Tango 1) . Drop off Raffle/Auction items and purchase raffle tickets

Early Bird Golf Event at the Fort Sam Houston Golf Club  (Individual transportation) T-off time is TBD (2 Day Prior)
Registration guarantees a tee off spot &
Blue Shark Logo Balls.
Greens fees $32.00 includes cart collected on golf day
Club rental $20.00



 6PM-9PM 

"Wednesday Evening Welcome Reception" at the Holiday Inn, Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX (in the Blue Sharks Hospitality Room -  Room Tango 1)


October 3rd(Thurs.)


8am-10pm

Hospitality Room (open if manned) Late Arrival Registration continues. Drop off your Raffle/Auction items and purchase your tickets for the Annual Raffle/Auction and join in on this association fund-raiser. (in the Blue Sharks Hospitality Room -  Room Tango 1)


8AM-5PM

Board Chartered Bus at hotel for the "National Museum of the Pacific War & Garrison Bros. Bourbon Whiskey Distillers" (Bus will leave at 7:45AM - BE ON TIME)



Open

Open evening with no planned event Dinner on your own - If interested a group registration at a local restaurant could be arranged (if you are interested let us know during your registration)

Hospitality Room. (We “could” start AND end earlier, depending on when the tour returns, and “by agreement of a quorum.”)

Hospitality Room (open if manned) Late Arrival Registration continues. Drop off your Raffle/Auction items and purchase your tickets for the Annual Raffle/Auction and join in on this association fund-raiser. (Winners will be drawn tonight at the Banquet)

City Touring - "Done at your leisure and  "on your own schedule"  See the listing of local attractions to finish up in the Friday listing.

Pre-Banquet Cash Bar & EVENING SOCIAL HOUR.

BANQUET and our Annual Blue Shark Raffle/Auction (at the Holiday Inn, Riverwalk, San Antonio, TX, Hotel Banquet Room, Tango 4)
 (Raffle/Auction to be held at the conclusion of the Banquet Meal)

Banquet Menu:

Includes: Riverwalk Tossed Salad (Choice of Dressings), Starch & Dessert, Warm Rolls and Sweet Butter Rosettes, with Coffee, regular and decaffinated, and hot/cold Teas.

Entrees (Select one):
Beef - Fire Grilled Sirloin Filet; Top Sirloin seasoned in Olive Oil, Sea Salt, and Cracked Pepper
Chicken – Roulade Florentine; Split boneless breast, lightly breaded and stuffed with Fire Roasted Bell Pepper, Feta and Spinach. (with Rosemary White Wine Cream)
Seafood - Grilled Red Snapper; Onion, Artichoke, and Green Olives (with fresh lemon/garlic  sauce)
